"Hello everyone and welcome to another Gamereactor Quick Look.
We have done quick looks right now, as I'm sitting here recording this, of the Stand Mixer and the Multi Pro, the two other products that make up the new Sage Minty Green Kenwood Go collection, but we're also going to make a quick stop at the cheapest product in that range and that is the Quick Mix Go, the Hand Mixer, because if you look at it just straight from this particular angle here, you might think that does not look like a hand mixer and I think that is also why a lot of people are focusing on this, it's because that is maybe Kenwood's most innovative idea in the Go collection, because the idea of the Go collection in general is to reduce costs, provide more aesthetically pleasing designs so that you would be more inclined to display them in your kitchen or at the very least not necessarily pack them away immediately, although they can because they have been very designed with functionality in mind, so that is something that immediately springs to mind when you look at the Quick Mix Go because it gets its own little box, that is one of the reasons that I think it is so incredibly clever because here is the actual hand mixer and there are indents here at the top of this lid for the various attachments that you might be using, so already now we are talking about housing everything associated with the usage of this product inside the product itself and if you think about your regular hand mixer which you might have bought in a supermarket on an off day when you knew that you needed something to make pancakes, the attachments themselves may be messing around in the bottom of a drawer being really quite filthy, but in cleaning them properly, storing them inside, you know that you always have what you need exactly when you need them."
"Now if you put this down here, now obviously you just have the attachment holes right here and there are several different ones that you get with your Quick Mix Go which I think is also rather nice, so you get two attachments basically, so it's beaters and whisks and both of them are in stainless steel and if you use this little button here, right there, it has this little lovely quick detach functionality meaning that one click will just detach them and if you have ever sort of whisked a pancake batter, then you know that having in some cases having to pull them out yourself can be a bit of a messy thing, so in order for just to have a button right here that gets them you know detached and ready for cleaning is really, really nice."
"So there is a five speed button up here, so it's a slider basically, so you do this and you have access to a 350 watt motor that basically should be able to do most things.
Now surely there are going to be hand mixers that have more wattage available for use when you are whisking different types of items, but in this particular instance, you're paying around 50 to 60 US dollars for something that looks I think very attractive which has this really intricate storage solution and which doesn't cost as much, so I just think there's a lot of stuff like a lot of aspects to really like about the Quick Mix Go and there's a lot of aspects to like about Kenwood's idea of an affordable, aesthetically pleasing collection of products in general."
"So please stay tuned for more, we'll be fully reviewing this, but there are also more videos going into further detail about the Go series.
Stay tuned for those.
Bye."
